345vin Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them here. Where context permits, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

• "345vin" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at 345vin.bet and all associated mobile and browser-based interfaces.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who has registered a 345vin account and accessed the platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered player account held in your name at 345vin, including all associated wallet balances, bonus balances, and transaction history.
• "Wallet" means the PKR balance held within your 345vin account, comprising real-money funds deposited by you and any winning amounts credited by the platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be bet before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which 345vin processes all financial transactions.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, casino, sports wagering, Ludo, and other activities available on 345vin.

To access real-money games and betting markets on 345vin, you must first register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address where applicable.

By completing registration on 345vin, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party.

Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Until satisfactory verification is completed, 345vin may restrict your account — including restricting your ability to withdraw funds.

All deposits on 345vin are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

345vin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside 345vin's control and are the responsibility of the player.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money wallet balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no processing fee charged by 345vin on standard withdrawal requests.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Visa and Mastercard refunds may take 3 to 5 business days.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you apply to change your withdrawal method through account support.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• 345vin may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your wallet.
• Withdrawals associated with suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or account policy violations will be suspended pending investigation.

345vin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, PSL free bets, casino reload bonuses, and Ludo tournament prize boosts. All offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which shall be read alongside these general Terms and Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per payment method, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in each promotion's specific terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered through the required number of times first, after which any remaining balance becomes withdrawable real-money funds.
• 345vin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent registration, duplicate accounts, or misrepresentation will be voided in full without notice.

All sports betting, cricket wagering, PSL markets, and other event-based bets placed on 345vin are subject to the rules set out here and any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the 345vin system and a reference number has been issued. Bets not confirmed due to technical error are void and no stake is deducted.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the recognised governing body of the relevant sport. For cricket, this is the ICC or the board of the relevant national competition.
• Void Bets: Bets are voided in circumstances including match abandonment, event cancellation, or market error. Voided bet stakes are returned to your wallet.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the odds available at the time of confirmation by the 345vin system. In-play odds are subject to change at any moment, and 345vin is not liable for communication delays between a player's device and the platform server.
• Maximum Payout: 345vin applies a maximum single-bet payout of Rs 10,00,000. Any winnings calculated above this amount will be capped at the maximum payout limit.
• Obvious Errors: 345vin reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to obvious error — including pricing errors, data feed failures, or system glitches — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

All casino games on 345vin — including live dealer tables, video slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Ludo cash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party software developers. Game outcomes are statistically independent on every round and cannot be influenced by any party including 345vin itself.

RTP (Return to Player) rates for each game are published in the game's information panel. These rates represent the long-term statistical return to players and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.

Ludo tournament prize pools and entry fees are published before each tournament opens for registration. By entering a tournament, you accept the specific rules and prize structure of that tournament as published on the 345vin platform at the time of registration.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 345vin and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances without refund:

• Registering more than one account on 345vin, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports market to manipulate outcomes or guarantee returns.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits or withdrawals to circumvent transaction monitoring, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point, including during registration, identity verification, or support interactions.
• Accessing 345vin on behalf of another individual or allowing another individual to operate your account.
• Any conduct that, in 345vin's reasonable determination, is intended to defraud the platform, other players, or payment providers.

345vin cooperates with Pakistani law enforcement agencies and international financial intelligence units in any investigation of suspected fraudulent or criminal activity related to the platform. All suspicious account activity is logged and may be reported to relevant authorities.

345vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Submission of a self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero wallet balance.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to inactivity, any real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered withdrawal method after identity verification is completed.

Players may voluntarily close their 345vin account at any time by contacting support@345vin.bet. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

345vin is committed to responsible gaming. We believe online gaming and betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we take active steps to help players keep it that way. The following tools are available to all 345vin account holders free of charge through the Responsible Gaming section of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once reached, you cannot place further bets until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a reminder or hard limit on consecutive playing time.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from 345vin for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, your account remains open but you cannot deposit or play.

345vin collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on 345vin, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

345vin does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services only to the extent necessary to operate the platform safely and legally. All data handling complies with applicable data protection obligations.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 345vin holds about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements. Submit these requests to support@345vin.bet.

All content on the 345vin platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 345vin or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 345vin content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of 345vin's intellectual property may result in legal action.

345vin provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss of data or connection on the player's side during a game round or bet placement.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Decisions made by the player based on information published on the platform, including odds, RTP figures, or game descriptions.

345vin's total liability to any individual player for any single claim shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

345vin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal rules, bonus policy, or player rights — registered players will be notified via their registered contact information at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes — such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updated contact information — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of 345vin following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which 345vin is licensed and operated.
